Scheduling New Water / Wastewater Service: 

 Applications are accepted Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30 PM at the Village Administration Office, located at 503 E. Main Street.   

All applications must be submitted in person AND all applicants on the account must be present with a state / government issued - Photo ID.  There is a $40.00 (forty dollar) application fee that is payable in CASH OR CHECK ONLY. THE APPLICATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Discontinue Water / Wastewater Services:

DROP OFF - CASH IS NOT PERMITTED IN EITHER DROP OFF LOCATIONS.

Walk-in's are always welcome Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 4:30 PM. Cash, Check, Credit and Debit are accepted.
